KNOWLEDGE BASES

It's not 1995 anymore. Users don't want to read a book about how to use something. They want to find the help they need quickly and easily.

I create help sites that...

  • Return accurate search results. If a user enters a search and the help they need isn't in the top five search results, the help site is a failure. I don't fail a lot.

  • Provide suggested articles and topics based on what users have already looked at or searched. Sometimes users don't know what they need; it's my job to fix that.

  • Give users the ability to rate and provide feedback. The users are my boss. Giving them a way to tell me what they love and what they hate helps me to help them.
